Usage Rights & Liabilities

Automated messaging features, including SMS and email follow-ups, must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal communication regulations. You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary customer consents for automated communications and for the content of all outgoing messages. MotoMate AI disclaims liability for any non-compliance arising from your use of these messaging features. Service uptime commitments are detailed in Appendix A, with remedies for significant outages outlined to ensure consistent platform availability.

MotoMate AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for automated lead management within your registered workshop. This license is contingent on your adherence to all terms herein, including fair use policies, data handling protocols, and payment obligations. Unauthorized access or use beyond your subscription scope is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination, with all accrued fees becoming due.
